Cancellation Policy
A 12-hour no-cancellation window applies to all bookings to ensure fair access for others (Additional cancellation rules may apply to the memberships). Socks and Towels are required for all classes. All equipment must be wiped down after use with sanitiser bottles and disposable towels provided. Please arrive on time, silence your phone, and treat instructors and fellow participants with respect. Late arrivals of more than five minutes may not be allowed to join the class. Clients must inform instructors of any injuries, health concerns, or pregnancy before each session. ADMV Studio reserves the right to deny participation if it is deemed necessary for health or safety reasons. LIABILITY WAIVER I acknowledge that participation in fitness activities at ADMV Studio - including but not limited to Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates - involves inherent physical risks, including but not limited to injury, strain, fatigue, and exposure to heated environments and communicable illnesses. I voluntarily accept full responsibility for all such risks. I confirm that I am in suitable physical condition to participate and that | have consulted a medical professional, if necessary. I accept full responsibility for my health during all activities and agree to notify the instructor of any conditions that may affect my participation. In consideration for being allowed to participate, I release and hold harmless ADMV Studio, its owners, instructors, employees, agents, and fellow participants from all claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from my participation, including any that arise from the negligence of ADMV Studio or its staff. l agree to indemnify ADMV Studio against any third-party claims arising from my actions. I understand that ADMV Studio may take photographs or videos during classes for marketing or educational use, and | grant permission for my image to be used when consented. If any part of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full effect. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I confirm that I have read and understand the Terms and Conditions and Liability Waiver. I understand that I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue, and I accept these terms voluntarily as a condition of participating at ADMV Studio.
